We are a team of Web3 professionals – consultants, developers, engineers, designers, and marketers – with a common goal of exploring cutting-edge technologies, focused on supporting innovative Web 3.0 ventures.

Guilds are a group of craftsmen and experienced professionals that operate independently and have a high level of autonomy compared to typical IT company departments. Within the A42 company, guilds are crucial in making the whole machine and ecosystem work.
We went through the early stages of venture building from a phase where guilds had a supportive purpose to eventually becoming a core and crucial part of our ecosystem for every little thing to simply – work.
People gathered in those guilds are often at A42 for the long run. They collaborate on multiple projects and develop initiatives to support Ventures to operate entirely without worrying about HR processes, incubation, marketing strategy, brand communications, logistics, legal paperwork, education, career development plans, etc.
